SHIPPING
On average, credit card orders placed by 2 PM EST are shipped the same day or within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Please allow up to two
days for high quantity orders. RECHARGERSTORE currently does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Shipments are delivered with 'No Signature Required' option by default, unless customer requested and paid for 'Direct Signature Required' option.
Should you wish to have your order left otherwise please note when placing your order or advise the carrier upon the first delivery attempt. We may deliver to AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses at the customer's risk.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses cannot be delivered by FedEx. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses must ship by Post. Shipments to domestic P.O. Boxes must ship by Post.
It’s possible to deliver by FedEx to mailboxes with a real street address located at a non Post Office location (independent pack & ship stores such as Postal Plus, Mailboxes Etc, UPS Store etc,) with staff accepting deliveries from all carriers as they just call it a box number or suite number or PMB (and not a PO box).
FedEx shipments delivered to remote and less-accessible locations are assessed an out-of-delivery area (ODA) surcharge as applicable and may require additional time for delivery. While our online shopping system tries to identify ODA postal codes/cities, it may not be possible to do that for all cases.
Once you order is processed and prepared for shipping, if your delivery location falls under the ODA postal codes/cities for FedEx, we will put your package on hold and advise you about the surcharge should you want to proceed with it.
Or we may seek alternative delivery locations like 'Hold at FedEx location' for you to go and pick up your package. Or we may offer you an alternative shipping method like Post that may be suitable for you.
In any case, all items are shipped in high quality packaging so as to avoid shipping damage.
