CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, as a Manufacturer of all products in the store, RECHARGERSTORE guarantees them to be free from manufacturer defects. Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacing of any product found to be defective under normal use and observance of the Installation Instruction.
We cannot guarantee against damage resulting from improper storage or other misuse. Cancellations and returns of digital, intangible items are not accepted and will not be refunded.
No returned merchandise will be accepted unless you first obtain a return authorization within 30 days from date of shipment of merchandise from RECHARGERSTORE. Anytime beyond 30 days from date of shipment of merchandise, no returns will be accepted by RECHARGERSTORE.
All cancellations of orders must be confirmed in writing to RECHARGERSTORE. Returns and orders cancelled after shipment are subject to round-trip shipping charges and a restocking charge.
Returned packages must include an RMA number on the outside of the package. You must also send a copy of your order. If you do not have your order please include your name, address and phone number, so we can contact you regarding any questions we may have. The lack of an RMA number on the outside of the package will result in a refusal of your package. Requests for replacement chips or refunds will not be granted until your returned packages have been received.
Please allow up to 2 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our warehouse. If you need your replacements right away, we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed as soon as we have the product available. All credit requests will be handled within 2 business days.
We are not liable for lost or untraceable return packages that you ship to us. Please return all goods with delivery confirmation or tracking number.
RECHARGERSTORE will not refund shipping chargers and return freight.
We reserve the right to deny credit if the customer received an RMA claiming the product was defective and it is deemed by us that the product returned is non-defective. If RECHARGERSTORE determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or
workmanship, or if the reason for return does not involve failure, then RECHARGERSTORE reserves the right to charge the customer for parts and labor at RECHARGERSTORE's current labor rate, or charge the customer a 25% restocking fee.
RECHARGERSTORE will advise customer prior to assessing these charges. |
